Teesdale sketches- Andy Beck "The Teesdale sketches shown here are small watercolours that I complete as a middle stage in my painting process. From the basic field note sketches and location photographs I then produce these simple images which help to test the composition, lighting and shape of the final work." Using quite a flowing and quick technique these sketches are an appealing format. Whist producing new work some of the illustrated sketches have recently sold and are here to give a flavour of Andy's style. Click on the images or titles to access more information.
